50-Year Quality Charter

50-Year Stone-Coated Roofing Warranty Charter

Our official material guarantee protecting residential villas, commercial complexes, and public institutions against weather degradation and structural failure.

1. Scope of 50-Year Durability Coverage

Every genuine stone-coated roof tile (Roman, Shingle, Milano, and Classic profiles) supplied and certified by ICRC is covered by a 50-year manufacturer warranty against:

  • Rust perforation and corrosion of the 55% Aluzinc steel core.
  • Severe color fading and UV degradation of natural volcanic basalt stone granules.
  • Wind uplift resistance for wind speeds up to 160 km/h when fastened per ICRC engineering specifications.
  • Severe hail impact, chipping, and delamination under normal tropical climatic conditions.

2. Workmanship Installation Guarantee

In addition to material longevity, all roof trusses and tile installations executed directly by ICRC certified technicians include a 5-year comprehensive workmanship warranty covering leaks, valley flashing seals, and ridge cap security.

3. Warranty Claim & Fast Inspection Protocol

In the unlikely event of any defect, clients present their Project Invoice or Certificate of Completion. An ICRC structural engineer will conduct an on-site audit within 48 to 72 hours, providing free material replacement and rectification for verified defects.

Contracting Agreement

General Terms & Conditions of Service

The contractual framework governing all roofing contracts, civil construction tenders, material supply orders, and site engineering consultations.

1. Quotation & Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Validity

Official quotations and Bill of Quantities issued by ICRC remain fixed and valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Once signed and a mobilization deposit is received, material unit prices are locked and immune to market price fluctuations.

2. Site Readiness & Access Requirements

Clients or property owners are responsible for ensuring unhindered site access for material delivery trucks, adequate structural ring beams (for roofing installations), and water/electrical points where required.

3. Project Variations & Scope Modifications

Any design alterations, structural additions, or specification changes requested during execution must be documented in an official Variation Order (VO) signed by both the client and the ICRC project manager before work commences.

4. Handover & Certificate of Completion

Upon practical completion, a joint inspection is performed with the client. A formal Certificate of Practical Completion is signed, initiating the official warranty coverage period.

HSE Standards

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Regulations

Zero-compromise protocols safeguarding technicians, property owners, visitors, and surrounding communities on all active worksites.

1. Mandatory PPE & Fall Arrest Systems

All ICRC workers, engineers, and sub-contractors must wear certified safety helmets, high-visibility vests, steel-toe safety boots, and double-lanyard fall-arrest harnesses anchored to certified roof anchor points during any elevation work above 2 meters.

2. Scaffolding & Structural Integrity Audits

No roofing or high-elevation civil work commences until scaffolding structures, ladders, and safety netting are inspected and certified by our on-site Safety Officer.

3. Environmental Responsibility & Scrap Recycling

ICRC operates a strict clean-site policy. All scrap aluzinc metal, steel off-cuts, plastic wrappings, and chemical containers are systematically collected and transported to authorized eco-recycling processing centers.

Quality Governance

Quality Assurance & Material Authenticity Policy

A rigorous zero-counterfeit mandate ensuring every batch of stone-coated tiles, steel trusses, and structural concrete exceeds international engineering benchmarks.

1. Zero-Counterfeit Material Verification

We exclusively source first-grade raw materials directly from certified European and global manufacturers. Every tile shipment is verified for base steel thickness (0.40mm - 0.45mm), AZ150 zinc-aluminum coating weight, and non-toxic acrylic resin bonding.

2. Lightweight Steel Truss Quality Metrics

Our cold-formed steel truss members utilize G550 high-tensile galvanized steel (yield strength 550 MPa) resistant to tropical rot, borer insects, and fires, engineered via computer modeling for zero deflection.

3. Civil Concrete Compressive Strength Tests

All reinforced concrete pillars, beams, and slabs poured by ICRC undergo standard slump tests and 28-day laboratory compressive strength cube testing to ensure compliance with Eurocode and international building standards.

Financial Terms

Milestone Billing & Payment Terms

Transparent financial stages directly tied to verified project milestones, giving clients full control and zero financial ambiguity.

1. Structured Milestone Payment Schedule

Our standard turnkey roofing and construction contracts operate on clear, measurable stages:

  • Mobilization & Material Order Deposit (60%): Secures certified materials, logistics, and site mobilization.
  • Structural Framing Milestone (30%): Paid upon complete truss framing and underlayment installation.
  • Final Inspection Handover (10%): Paid upon 100% tile fastening, ridge finishing, and final client sign-off.

2. Approved Payment Channels & Diaspora Remittance

Payments must be made directly to official ICRC Corporate Bank Accounts (supporting SWIFT/IBAN international wire transfers for diaspora clients in the USA, UK, Europe, and Canada) or verified Mobile Money accounts. Official stamped digital invoices and tax receipts are issued for every transaction.

3. International & Cross-Border Logistics

For projects outside Cameroon or regional deliveries across Central Africa, freight forwarding, customs clearance documentation, and insured transit protocols are arranged transparently within the project agreement.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event of project cancellation before site delivery, client funds are refunded minus documented administrative and custom material handling charges.

Data Privacy

Data Privacy & Client Confidentiality Policy

Protecting client personal records, financial transactions, proprietary architectural blueprints, and site photography.

1. Collection & Use of Personal Information

Client contact numbers, email addresses, and site coordinates are collected solely for the purposes of drafting quotations, executing construction works, issuing warranties, and delivering logistics.

2. Architectural Blueprint Confidentiality

All 2D/3D blueprints, structural calculations, and property boundary records entrusted to ICRC are treated as strictly confidential proprietary intellectual property and are never shared with third parties without written authorization.

3. Works Photography & Portfolio Rights

Photographs of completed roofs and structures may be included in ICRC's professional portfolio and website. Specific residential addresses and personal client identifiers are kept strictly anonymous.
